For contract development and management we ensure success for our customers through the framework Initiation-Offer, Drafting, Negotiation-Payment Security-Risk, Acceptance-Approval, Signature, Administration, Reporting/Analysis with parallel Risk assessment & management across all aspects in the matrix implementing Project Management & Procurement processes for effective Contract Execution.

We have worked on FIDIC CONTRACTED projects. These are standard form contracts published by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers for the global construction and engineering industry. They are famous for fairly dividing risks between the client (employer) and the contractor and if followed correctly ensures all parties are treated fairly.

We ensure all contracts have a risk avoidance plan, ie become risk free and payments are legally secured.
